What is this channel about?
A confidential channel to report suspected misconduct or violations of Blueccone Policies (for example: bribery, fraud, harassment, discrimination, data breaches, conflicts of interest, intellectual property violations). Reports may be submitted anonymously where permitted by local law. (Inspired by best practices established under the EU Whistleblowing Directive.)
Non-retaliation
Anyone who reports in good faith is protected against retaliation (termination, demotion, intimidation). Retaliation itself is considered a serious disciplinary violation. (Protection standards widely recognized under Directive 2019/1937.)
Privacy and Data
We handle reports in accordance with the LGPD and Blueccone’s privacy policies (purpose limitation, minimization, security, and appropriate retention).

How We Investigate

Screening (up to 5 business days): receipt, logging, and risk assessment.

Investigation (timeline proportionate to complexity): interviews and review of logs/documents.

Conclusion: report with findings, corrective measures, and communication to the reporting party (when identifiable).

Remediation: disciplinary actions, control improvements, additional training, and, where applicable, reporting to authorities.
