At Blueccone, delivering results matters just as much as how those results are achieved. We conduct our business with ethics, transparency, and respect for the law wherever we operate. Our commitments to integrity, privacy, human rights, non-discrimination, anti-corruption, and fair competition guide every decision, from the first briefing to post-delivery.

Integrity and anti-corruption: zero tolerance for bribery and fraud. Programs and controls based on Brazilian Law No. 12,846/2013 and Decree No. 11,129/2022, and aligned with the FCPA (United States) and the UK Bribery Act.
Privacy and data security: data processing in accordance with the LGPD (Brazil) and equivalent regulations (such as the GDPR).
Fair competition and global trade: compliance with competition laws and export control and sanctions regulations; we avoid transactions with sanctioned parties. (Based on publicly available global trade best practices.)
Human rights and diversity: an inclusive environment, free from harassment, discrimination, or retaliation.
Sustainability and responsibility: responsible choices in suppliers and creative materials (licensed content, compliant image libraries, and AI use with clear rights and limitations).
