Blueccone Sales Policy (Global)

Welcome to Blueccone. This Sales Policy describes the terms that govern the contracting and delivery of our professional services, including Business Consulting, Design & Branding, Professional Coaching, Digital Media, and Website Development. By contracting any service, you agree to the terms below, drafted in accordance with Brazilian law (Consumer Defense Code, Decree 7,962/2013, LGPD) and equivalent principles applicable to international operations (for example, GDPR and consumer protection regulations).
Service scope.
• Business Consulting: diagnostics, business plans, operational structuring, branding, legal templates, financial planning, and sales.
• Graphic Design and Branding: logos, visual identity systems, brand guidelines, media materials, and websites.
• Career Coaching: career guidance and personal development, in person or online.
• Social Media Management & Web Design: website creation and maintenance, social media content creation, and digital campaigns (monthly plans).
Proposals, acceptance, and service start.
• Proposals are valid for 15 calendar days.
• Acceptance occurs via electronic signature and/or initial payment.
• Project start takes place after: (i) confirmation of the initial payment, (ii) delivery of materials/briefings/access credentials, and (iii) alignment on the timeline.
Timelines and deliveries.
• Business Consulting: 3 to 4 months for full plans (diagnostics, research, implementation).
• Graphic Design and Branding: 2 to 5 days for simple logos; 1 to 3 months for full packages (websites and marketing materials).
• Career Coaching: individual 1 hour sessions or ongoing programs according to the selected plan.
• Social Media Management and Web Design : monthly timelines as defined in contract.
Pricing, currencies, and taxes.
Official currencies: BRL, USD, GBP, and EUR. Prices may vary by region, currency, and payment method. Local taxes (ISS/VAT) are itemized on the invoice in accordance with the laws of the client’s country.
Payment methods.
We accept credit and debit cards, PIX (Brazil only), wire transfers, and installment payments (up to 24 installments, subject to payment processor approval).
Recurring services (retainers/management) are billed monthly, in advance.
Revisions and adjustments.
Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds (specified in the proposal). Requests outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately and may extend the delivery timeline. After final delivery and full payment, the client receives the final files and the corresponding usage rights (when applicable).
Cancellations and refunds
Individual consumers (Brazil): in accordance with Article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code, distance contracts may be canceled within 7 calendar days from signature/payment, with a full refund, provided the service has not yet started.
International consumers: cooling-off periods follow local laws (for example, 14 days in the EU).
B2B (companies - global):
• Before project start (up to 48 hours after acceptance and before briefing): 80% refund (20% administrative fee).
• During diagnostics/discovery (up to 25% of the timeline completed): 70% refund.
• During development (between 25% and 75% of the timeline): 40% refund.
• After 75% of the project or after final delivery: no refund; rescheduling or conversion into credit valid for 3 months may be offered.
Intellectual property.
The transfer of economic rights over created materials occurs after full payment. Editable files and third-party components remain subject to their respective licenses. Consulting materials, frameworks, and methodologies remain the intellectual property of Blueccone and are licensed for the client’s internal use.
Support and post-delivery.
• Graphic Design: technical corrections for up to 15 days after final delivery.
• Business Consulting: support for questions and report revisions for up to 30 days after project closure.
• Career Coaching: access to materials and records for up to 30 days after program completion.
Confidentiality and data protection.
Client information is handled confidentially and securely. The use of personal data follows the LGPD (Brazil) and equivalent regulations, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of liability.
Blueccone’s total liability is limited to the contracted value of the respective project and does not include lost profits, indirect losses, or consequential damages, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Force majeure.
Events beyond the reasonable control of the parties (for example, platform outages, natural disasters, strikes, emergencies) may justify timeline adjustments without penalties.
